This position is for Manager Level.
Job Role:
- Assist General Manager in managing the center operation requirements of the Center.
- Center operations consist of car park, maintenance, and outsourced operational services e.g. custodial, Food Hall custodial, landscape, pest control, security requirements, trash management and mechanical and electrical services and external consultancy support e.g. CCTV services, firefighting equipment, generator maintenance, lifts and escalators, STP maintenance, etc.
Job Description:
- Assist General Manager to lead and guide the center operations team in the daily operations of the center.
- Liaise closely with Brand Partners, consultants, service providers, contractors and relevant authorities on all issues related to center operations and maintenance.
- Assist General Manager to ensure that all policies, activities and procedures are being carried out effectively and efficiently for daily center operations.
- Review the safety, security and efficiency of the center to make sure it is in line with the OSHA & HIRARC requirements. Ensure that all the lifesaving equipment is in good working conditions.
- Regularly review and update the Emergency Procedures Guidelines with team members. Plan and conduct emergency evacuation drills once a year with local authority participation.
- Conduct regular center inspections and take the necessary actions to eliminate the potential loss or damage to the center, Brand Partners suites and customers safety.
- Perform tasks and duties as and when required by the Company.

Requirements:
- Last education is S1 / S2 with a major in Management / Engineering / Business or equivalent.
- Age between years old.
- Possesses knowledge and experience in managing Housekeeping, Safety, Security, Building Maintenance, Waste, and Parking.
- Having a K3 / Fire Fighting Manager certificate is preferred (more suitable).
- Minimums have 2 years experiences as Operation Manager / Mall Manager.
- Have proof of recorded experience (it's a must)
- Able to speak English.
- Energic, clean, and dignified appearance.
- Discipline and have a sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skill, excellence leadership, problem solving.
- Accustomed to handling complaints from Tenants and vendors.
- Accustomed to coordinating with government officials.
- Enable to work in team or independent.
- Willing to work at Jakarta Premium Outlets Office Management, Alam Sutera Tangerang.
