About the role
We're seeking a talented Receptionist & GA Admin to join our team in our South Jakarta office. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional front-line support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. You'll also take on a range of general administrative duties to support the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming visitors to our office in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
- Managing the reception area, including maintaining stationery and supply levels
- Providing general administrative support, such as photocopying, filing and data entry
- Flight ticket and hotel accommodation arrangement
- Assisting with various other office tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, ideally within a fast-paced professional services environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
- A friendly, customer-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
