About the role

We are seeking a 
Business Management and Accounting Professional
 to join our team in a strategic role, 
bridging the management of our acquired property and our head office
. This full-time, on-site position will involve overseeing financial reporting, supporting operational performance, and ensuring alignment between the property's management and our corporate governance standards.

You will play a key role in managing the financial and business operations of the property, with a strong emphasis on accounting, reporting, compliance, and cross-functional coordination.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as the 
    key liaison
     between the 
    property's management team
     and the 
    head office
    , ensuring clear communication and alignment of business goals and reporting standards
  • Oversee and ensure the 
    accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
    , including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Support the 
    preparation and review of financial statements
    , budgeting, and cash flow management
  • Monitor financial performance and assist in developing strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts in line with 
    Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK)
     and internal policies
  • Coordinate the implementation of 
    corporate governance practices
    , internal controls, and financial procedures
  • Collaborate with external and internal auditors and assist in preparing audit documentation and responses
  • Review and ensure compliance with 
    tax regulations

    property-specific financial obligations
    , and applicable laws
  • Provide financial insights and business recommendations to support decision-making at both the property and corporate level

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Accounting

    Finance
    , or 
    Business Management
     from a 
    reputable university
  • Fluency in English is mandatory — both spoken and written.
     Candidates 
    who are not proficient in English will not be considered.
  • At least 
    8 years of experience
     in accounting, finance, or business management roles — experience in the 
    hotel, hospitality, or property
     sector is highly preferred
  • Background in a 
    Big 4 accounting firm
     is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with hands-on experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports
  • Proficiency in 
    accounting software
     and Microsoft Excel
  • Solid understanding of 
    PSAK
     and local tax regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships across departments and with the head office
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
