Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, resume screening, interviews, candidate selection, and offering.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview stages with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and candidates, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
