Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, resume screening, interviews, candidate selection, and offering.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview stages with relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and candidates, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
