Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business or any related field
Must have minimum 1 year experience in the related fields with the same position
Must have experience in personal care or beauty and cosmetic industry
Demonstrated and proven sales result

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Have driving license class A

Job Summary :

Responsible to achieve distributors sales target (sell in & sell out)
Responsible for product distribution sales target
Responsible for distributor collection to principal
Supervise, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives team (BA, MD, SE) & distributors
Ensuring that the sales strategies plans well executed
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Provide sales expertise, data, and distributors process improvements
