We're Hiring HR Executive – Agricultural Biotechnology Company

Reporting to: General Manager

Our client, a fast-growing multinational
agricultural biotechnology company
, is looking for an
HR Executive
to drive people management, team building, and HR development for its Indonesia operations.

Main Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Indonesia team: talent mapping, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Ensure all hiring needs are fulfilled on time and within the approved budget.

2. Employee Relations & Team Development

  • Build strong employee relations and maintain regular communication with team members.
  • Address employee concerns to improve engagement and retention.
  • Support team development plans aligned with business strategy.

3. HR Policy & Compliance

  • Establish and optimize local HR processes and policies.
  • Ensure all practices comply with Indonesian labor laws and reflect the company's culture.

4. Contract, Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Manage employment contracts, salary payments, benefits, and third-party payments.

5. Team & Sales Support

  • Support the team by conducting basic sales data analysis and organizing sales meetings when needed.

6. General HR Support

  • Handle other HR-related tasks to support daily operations and business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources in any industry, with a proven track record in
    team establishment and/or recruitment
    .
  • Experience in the
    agricultural or biotech industry
    is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and creative mindset.
  • Fluent in
    Bahasa Indonesia and English
    (spoken and written); proficiency in
    Chinese (Mandarin)
    is a plus.
  • Proficient in
    MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    .
  • Good understanding of
    Indonesian labor regulations
    and local talent market dynamics.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • High adaptability in
    cross-cultural work environments
    and willingness to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrates
    high integrity
    .
