We're looking for a passionate and skilled Cook (Hot Meals) to join our kitchen team This role is responsible for preparing and cooking hot dishes according to brand standards — ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate all hot meal menu items according to standard recipes and procedures.
- Ensure all dishes are served with consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and report any shortages to the Kitchen Leader / Head Chef.
- Support daily mise en place preparation and ensure readiness before service hours.
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures according to company and government regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours.
- Participate in regular training and product improvement sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Cook / Demi Chef / Kitchen Staff (preferably in F&B or restaurant industry).
- Strong skill in hot meal preparation (grilling, frying, sautéing, soup & sauce making, etc.).
- Understand kitchen safety, hygiene, and basic HACCP principles.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication and positive attitude.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
