We're looking for a passionate and skilled Cook (Hot Meals) to join our kitchen team This role is responsible for preparing and cooking hot dishes according to brand standards — ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and food safety.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and plate all hot meal menu items according to standard recipes and procedures.
  • Ensure all dishes are served with consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
  • Monitor stock levels of raw materials and report any shortages to the Kitchen Leader / Head Chef.
  • Support daily mise en place preparation and ensure readiness before service hours.
  • Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures according to company and government regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours.
  • Participate in regular training and product improvement sessions.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Cook / Demi Chef / Kitchen Staff (preferably in F&B or restaurant industry).
  • Strong skill in hot meal preparation (grilling, frying, sautéing, soup & sauce making, etc.).
  • Understand kitchen safety, hygiene, and basic HACCP principles.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication and positive attitude.
  • Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
