Senior Account Manager
to strengthen and expand our relationships with key clients across the digital finance and technology sectors.
As an official PJAP (Application Service Provider) and long-standing partner of the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), Pajakku delivers trusted, secure, and innovative tax solutions nationwide. Now, we're seeking a client-centric, results-oriented professional who thrives in complex business environments and can serve as a strategic partner to clients while contributing directly to Pajakku's growth.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and deepen relationships with high-value clients, especially in IT, SaaS, and digital finance sectors
- Act as a strategic advisor—understanding client business models, identifying pain points, and offering solutions that align with Pajakku's platform capabilities
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (product, tech, marketing) to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction
- Represent Pajakku in high-level meetings, industry events, and formal client engagements
- Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value and revenue growth
- Analyze market trends and provide client feedback to inform strategic decisions and product development
- Prepare detailed proposals, reports, and performance reviews for both clients and internal leadership
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an
Account Manager
or in a similar client-facing role—ideally in the IT, SaaS, digital finance, or B2B tech sectors - Excellent client management skills with a proven ability to build long-term, trusted relationships
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills; professional presence in high-stakes meetings
- Solid understanding of digital finance, taxation trends, or the fintech ecosystem
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving
