Job Description
- Analyse customer data to identify customer behaviour and engagement from several data source
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to optimize customer lifecycle and CRM.
- Create, maintain, and update Loyalty Program dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business goals.
Requirements:
- S1 Any Major
- Strong ability in data analyse and insight generation
- Proficiency in SQL/Excel and Python/R
- Experience with Power BI or similar platform for data visualization
- Have a minimum experience of 1 year in related fields
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data
- Ability to present findings
- Ensures data accuracy and addresses discrepancies roactively
- A strong business acumen and communication skill; able to effectively deliver presentation
