Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Fixed Assets (CWIP), Provisioning, Intercompany transactions, and audit processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewed vendor invoices and supporting documents for compliance with internal and tax regulations.
  • Managed AR billing processes, resolved disputes with sales and clients, and monitored AR aging.
  • Oversee treasury operations, ensured accurate payments, maintained healthy cash flow and bank balances.
  • Handled CWIP capitalization, reviewed routine and ad-hoc provisions, and monitored AP & AR aging schedules.
  • Ensured timely clearing transactions in SAP and submitted monthly financial reports to management and holding.
  • Coordinated with auditors, prepared draft reports, and led finalization processes.
  • Led a finance team of 7+, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams (7+ members).
  • Minimum 3 years in Assistant Manager role in operational/project-based companies.
  • Good to have 5+ years experience in a Big Four accounting firm (KPMG, PwC, EY, Deloitte).
  • Good to have with SAP HANA (Finance modules).
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
