Job Summary
The General Affairs Intern will support the GA team in handling day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This role is designed to provide exposure to general administrative tasks and employee support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and data entry.
- Assist with event preparation and logistics (internal meetings, employee activities).
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for GA-related files.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the GA team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
- Have interest in content creating and social media.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
