Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily food preparation, cooking, and plating according to Kopikori standards.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, tools, and working areas are kept clean and organized at all times.
- Maintain proper hygiene and follow food safety procedures strictly.
- Support inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Assist the bar team during peak hours or when additional manpower is needed.
- Help with receiving deliveries, labeling, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Participate in opening and closing duties of the kitchen.
- Work efficiently with the team to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
- Prior experience in a café or kitchen environment is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Able to communicate in basic English.
- Responsible, disciplined, clean, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Familiar with basic kitchen equipment and food safety practices.
- Willing to assist the bar team when needed.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
