Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily food preparation, cooking, and plating according to Kopikori standards.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment, tools, and working areas are kept clean and organized at all times.
  • Maintain proper hygiene and follow food safety procedures strictly.
  • Support inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
  • Assist the bar team during peak hours or when additional manpower is needed.
  • Help with receiving deliveries, labeling, and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Participate in opening and closing duties of the kitchen.
  • Work efficiently with the team to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a café or kitchen environment is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Able to communicate in basic English.
  • Responsible, disciplined, clean, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • Familiar with basic kitchen equipment and food safety practices.
  • Willing to assist the bar team when needed.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
