About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team at PT SUNRISE MASAMI INTERNASIONAL' in Banyuwangi, East Java. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient and reliable production of our high-quality products. What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor various production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on production equipment
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior operators as needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimun Eduaction is Senior High School
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a production operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a Plus
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the production team
