About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Industrial & Employee Relation team at PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations in our Jakarta Timur office.

Responsibilties

  • Conduct exit interviews for employees who resign.
  • Develop, update, and socialize Company Regulations.
  • Ensure the company's compliance with labor regulations and policies.
  • Enforce work discipline and handle employee violations.
  • Maintain a conducive work relationship through mediation and counseling.
  • Manage relations and communication with the Labor Union.
  • Build good relationships with government agencies and external parties related to employment matters.
  • Develop internal communication and employee engagement programs.
  • Organize internal company events and internal publications.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Law
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial/employee relations
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations (Manpower Law, Government Regulations, and Collective Labor Agreements).
  • Skilled in handling employee disciplinary cases and violations (case handling & disciplinary action).
  • Ability to conduct mediation and employee counseling to maintain a harmonious work relationship.
  • Expertise in negotiation and communication with Labor Unions or employee representatives.
