Key Responsibilites
  • Develop and execute monthly marketing calendars aligned with company lead tragets
  • Execute and optimize digital advertising campaign across various platforms (Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Managing the company's social media accounts (TikTok & Instagram) and creating engaging content that is aligned with the target audience
  • Analyzing digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and others
  • Conducting market research and digital trends for the development of effective marketing strategies
  • Monitoring and reports on campaign results, cost per lead, and providing strategic improvement plans
  • Coordinating with management and related departments to support marketing linked activities
Requirement
  • Minimum education S1 in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or related fields
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing
  • Ability to use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tiktok Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite or similar
  • Have high leadership skills and target oriented
  • Plus point if knowledgeable in basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
