Key Responsibilites
- Develop and execute monthly marketing calendars aligned with company lead tragets
- Execute and optimize digital advertising campaign across various platforms (Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Meta Ads)
- Managing the company's social media accounts (TikTok & Instagram) and creating engaging content that is aligned with the target audience
- Analyzing digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and others
- Conducting market research and digital trends for the development of effective marketing strategies
- Monitoring and reports on campaign results, cost per lead, and providing strategic improvement plans
- Coordinating with management and related departments to support marketing linked activities
- Minimum education S1 in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or related fields
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing
- Ability to use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tiktok Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite or similar
- Have high leadership skills and target oriented
- Plus point if knowledgeable in basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
