Responsibilities:
- Analyze actual material usage and compare with standard material usage.
- Develop and implement cost management execution plan.
- Conduct cost analysis, reporting, and forecasting for CAPEX & OPEX.
- Monitor Outlet costs and ensure alignment with Marketing & Finance.
- Track and analyze committed costs (labor, equipment, materials).
- Coordinate with outlet teams to control and evaluate budget vs. actual expenses.
- Prepare and deliver monthly cost reports.
Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years experience in cost control.
- Proven experience in project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Detail-oriented, able to work in fast-paced environments.
