The QC Supervisor is a critical leadership role responsible for maintaining and elevating quality standards across our manufacturing cycle. This position will oversee all incoming, in-process, and outgoing Quality Control (QC) operations, lead the quality validation of packaging development, and drive continuous quality improvement projects to ensure product excellence, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

Job Descriptions:

  • QC Leadership: Oversee and manage daily QC activities for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
  • Food Safety & Quality : Ensure strict compliance with product specification, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory standards for food safety and quality.
  • Packaging Expertise: Lead the QC aspects of new & existing packaging development, including specification checks, seal integrity, performance trials, and shelf-life evaluation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify issues and lead quality improvement projects to improve product food safety & quality, reduce defects, minimize waste, and improve consistency.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Generate detailed QC performance reports, non-conformance summaries, and compliance documentation for management review and audits.
  • Team Management: Train, schedule, and mentor QC technicians.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Food Science and Technology / Biochemistry / related major
  • Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing company, with minimum 1-2years in supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Power Point & Excel, for reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
