Job description:
- Design and implement corporate Performance Management strategies (KPI, Balanced Scorecard, OKR, etc.).
- Ensure the performance appraisal cycle is executed timely and objectively across all business units.
- Analyze performance data to support promotion, transfer, talent development, and succession planning decisions.
- Develop and manage a competitive Compensation & Benefits structure (salary structure, allowances, incentives, bonus, etc.).
- Conduct regular salary & benefits benchmarking against the market/industry.
- Build and manage reward and recognition programs.
- Ensure Compensation & Benefits compliance with labor law and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with HRBP, Finance, and Top Management in developing remuneration policies.
- Manage benefit-related vendors (insurance, BPJS, health or wellness programs).
- Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding performance and compensation effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 5–8 years of experience in Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits in managerial level.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other divisions and top management.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking capability.
- Experienced in handling HRIS or SAP system.
- Willing to work in an on-site setting all through Monday-Friday.
- Willing to go on business trips if needed.
