About the role
This is a full-time hybrid (75% WFO + 25% WFH) role for a Creative Director at Cotton Well located in Gambir, Central Jakarta. The Creative Director will be responsible for creative direction, creative strategy, branding, art direction, and graphic design on a day-to-day basis.
What you'll be doing
- Brainstorming for our brands next move
- Participating in a highly strategic discussion with brand owners
- Plans and oversees advertising campaigns and brand initiatives
- Following trends (what's going on, what's trendy, what's happening)
- Conduct research, create briefs, and plan poses, sets, and styling for daily content and campaigns
- IG planning (Feed, Reels, Story, Campaign)
- Generate idea content Tiktok Video / Shopee Video
- Moodboard Photoshoot
- Shop banner (Regularly visualize our various online platform landing page for changing seasons / campaigns)
What we're looking for :
- Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills
- Branding and Art Direction skills (based on our designated guideline)
- Have basic knowledge of ads data learning, and able to make decision out of it
- Having strong portfolio showcasing creative work is prefered.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field, bachelor degree graduate is prefered.
- Have basic skill of editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc. (knowledge of utilizing AI tools is a highly desirable plus point)
- Up to date with social media trends
- Able to work in fast pace and meet deadline.
- Highly attentive to detail, with a good taste of "Pinterest" look design
