Looking for Product Coffee Brand Manager (with experience/background in the food service industry, especially coffee product).

Requirements :

  • Degree in marketing or related field.

  • Good understanding and working experience in the hospitality / F&B industries, especially coffee products, it's a must.

  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix coupled with a sales mindset.

  • Highly creative with an ability to think out of the box.

  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management and reporting.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.

  • Independent, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to multi-task under tight schedules.

  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities :

  • Take brand ownership and translate the International Brand's existing guidelines into brand plans, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Lead creative development, brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

  • Provide support for product launches & Trade Fairs.

  • Survey the market with sales/sales support team (local & nationwide).

  • Measure and report monthly performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Monitor market trends, research target markets, and competitor activities (to identify opportunities & key issues).

  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.

  • Ensure effective & efficient utilization of advertising & promotion funds.

  • Communicate with the brand's principal, customers, and influencers/public figures.
