Looking for Product Coffee Brand Manager (with experience/background in the food service industry, especially coffee product).
Requirements :
Degree in marketing or related field.
Good understanding and working experience in the hospitality / F&B industries, especially coffee products, it's a must.
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix coupled with a sales mindset.
Highly creative with an ability to think out of the box.
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management and reporting.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
Independent, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to multi-task under tight schedules.
Fluent in English.
Responsibilities :
Take brand ownership and translate the International Brand's existing guidelines into brand plans, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Lead creative development, brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Provide support for product launches & Trade Fairs.
Survey the market with sales/sales support team (local & nationwide).
Measure and report monthly performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Monitor market trends, research target markets, and competitor activities (to identify opportunities & key issues).
Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
Ensure effective & efficient utilization of advertising & promotion funds.
Communicate with the brand's principal, customers, and influencers/public figures.
