Responsibility :

  • Develop, communicate and implement effective assigned of Modern Retail Trade Account strategies including the distribution, availability, and effective in-store trade activities
  • Achieve sales targets in modern stores
  • Increase and monitor product sales in modern stores
  • Manage merchandiser activities, SOPs, and routine promotions in modern stores
  • Supervise and train sales personnel and sales assistants (SMDs) in daily operations
  • Responsible for implementing activities that will increase product purchases in stores to boost sales in modern stores
  • Maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients
  • Analyzing and identify market opportunities and creating strategies for business development in food industry

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG sales, especially handling Modern Trade Channels for National Accounts
  • Solid knowledge about Modern Trade Process
  • Excellent communication skills to interact successfully within your network (negotiation and persuasive communication skills)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Cover area Tangerang,  Alam Sutera,  BSD,  Serpong,  Bekasi,  Karawang,  Cibubur,  Cikarang
