Responsibility :
- Develop, communicate and implement effective assigned of Modern Retail Trade Account strategies including the distribution, availability, and effective in-store trade activities
- Achieve sales targets in modern stores
- Increase and monitor product sales in modern stores
- Manage merchandiser activities, SOPs, and routine promotions in modern stores
- Supervise and train sales personnel and sales assistants (SMDs) in daily operations
- Responsible for implementing activities that will increase product purchases in stores to boost sales in modern stores
- Maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients
- Analyzing and identify market opportunities and creating strategies for business development in food industry
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG sales, especially handling Modern Trade Channels for National Accounts
- Solid knowledge about Modern Trade Process
- Excellent communication skills to interact successfully within your network (negotiation and persuasive communication skills)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast-paced work environment
- Cover area Tangerang, Alam Sutera, BSD, Serpong, Bekasi, Karawang, Cibubur, Cikarang
