Job Description
Accurate and timely statistics on attendance and salary data;
Timely distribution of labor insurance and office supplies, and various departmental data statistics;
Responsible for the onboarding (interviews, registration) and departure procedures of new employees in the department; responsible for handling personnel changes in the department (regularization/promotion/transfer/demotion, etc.);
Responsible for information and liaison between the department and other departments within the company;
Responsible for document translation within the department.
Job Qualifications
Professional Skills: Proficient in office software (Ms Office);
Good communication verbal and written in both English and Chinese
Willing to work in Klapanunggal, Cileungsi - Bogor
