Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct training sessions for promoters across assigned stores (smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories)
* Ensure consistent brand understanding and retail excellence
* Monitor performance and conduct monthly assessments
* Deliver engaging training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand storytelling
* Provide insights on competitor trends and training improvement
Qualification*
* Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Management)
* 2+ years of experience in training — preferably in the smartphone or retail industry
* Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs
* Skilled in presentation & facilitation (classroom and in-store)
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Familiar with content tools (Canva, CapCut, VN)
* Willing to travel across areas
