Project Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Managed Service workstream for portfolio optimization campaigns. The role focuses on improving engagement and retention through well-crafted campaigns targeting early-month-on-book and dormant cardholders. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign strategy, execution, and governance are delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall project management and governance for the Managed Service workstream.
- Conduct assessments of current campaign processes for Early Month on Book and Dormancy campaigns through interviews and document reviews.
- Develop tactical campaigns to increase overall card usage for both domestic and cross-border transactions.
- Design campaign concepts, briefs, and budgets in alignment with client objectives.
- Develop campaign and communication roadmaps for Early Month on Book and Dormant campaigns.
- Design reward constructs to meet campaign objectives and ensure alignment with retention strategy.
- Run PMO activities to implement campaigns, liaising with internal teams and external marketing/communications vendors.
- Review existing retention strategies and support the development of new strategies to improve retention rates.
Ideal Profile
- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within Banking, Cards, or Payments.
- Proven expertise in campaign management, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and cross-border card payment products.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external teams.
- Experience in leading complex projects and managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
