About the role
We are seeking a talented and highly skilled Packaging Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Packaging Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and impactful packaging designs that will showcase our brand products. This is a full-time position based in Benda, Tangerang, Banten (10 minutes from Soekarno Hatta Airport).

What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative packaging solutions that enhance the customer experience
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and incorporate them into the packaging design
- Continuously optimize and improve workflow to increase efficiency in design process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align packaging with overall business objectives
- Create and design additional supporting documents related to product development, such as Product Catalog and Website Product Banner
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Graphic or Product Designer, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role GPA 3.25 of 4.00
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Corel Draw, Canva and other design software
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
- Ability to translate complex client requirements into visually compelling and user-friendly designs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Willing to work from Monday to Friday and half day on Saturday
- Familiarity with packaging design trends and best practices in the industry is a plus
