Job Descriptions:

  • Lead and manage the full pre-opening process of a new Indonesian restaurant, from setup to launch
  • Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Marketing, Procurement, etc.) to ensure timely and effective opening
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to deliver excellent service aligned with brand standards
  • Oversee daily operations post-opening to ensure smooth service, food quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Implement and monitor SOPs including hygiene, safety, and waste management practices
  • Manage restaurant inventory and supplier relationships
  • Monitor financial performance (budgeting, cost control, and sales targets)
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
  • Develop and maintain a culture of sustainability, including food waste reduction and eco-friendly practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: D3 (Associate Degree) in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in restaurant operations, preferably including at least one pre-opening project
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of Indonesian cuisine and F&B industry standards
  • Knowledge of waste management and sustainability practices in restaurant operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
