Job Descriptions:
- Lead and manage the full pre-opening process of a new Indonesian restaurant, from setup to launch
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Marketing, Procurement, etc.) to ensure timely and effective opening
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to deliver excellent service aligned with brand standards
- Oversee daily operations post-opening to ensure smooth service, food quality, and guest satisfaction
- Implement and monitor SOPs including hygiene, safety, and waste management practices
- Manage restaurant inventory and supplier relationships
- Monitor financial performance (budgeting, cost control, and sales targets)
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Develop and maintain a culture of sustainability, including food waste reduction and eco-friendly practices
Requirements:
- Minimum education: D3 (Associate Degree) in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in restaurant operations, preferably including at least one pre-opening project
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of Indonesian cuisine and F&B industry standards
- Knowledge of waste management and sustainability practices in restaurant operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
