Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta for a Property Management Specialist. The responsibilities include managing property operations and lease administration, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring tenant satisfaction, conducting property inspections, and supporting sales initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain and improve property conditions, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
- Familiarity with Sales processes and procedures
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and property management systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently
- Experience working in the real estate or property management industry in Indonesia is preferred
