RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate concepts and briefs from the internal team into visually appealing and communicative designs.
- Create various design materials such as banners, posters, logos, brochures, and other promotional assets for both digital and print purposes.
- Develop and maintain visual assets that are consistent with the company's brand identity.
- Combine design elements such as color, typography, imagery, and layout to produce aesthetically pleasing and effective visual communications.
- Conduct research on current design trends to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, etc.) and external partners throughout the design production process.
- Ensure all design outputs meet quality standards and align with the company's communication objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design, Art, or a related field.
- Proficient in design software such as
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
(additional skills in After Effects or Premiere Pro are a plus). - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and possesses strong visual and aesthetic sense.
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends, visual styles, and creative technologies.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
