Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Engineering, or equivalent (law faculty graduates preferred)
- Minimum age35 years
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Affairs Supervisor/Manager, preferably from a manufacturing industry or public company
- Strong understanding of GA, including building, vehicle, security, permits, and company asset management
- Mastering and managing legal regulations related to company licensing (company law, legal document drafts, licensing administration, certificate and notary administration, certificates, etc.
- Experience in vendor coordination, external relations (government, officials, notaries, etc.), and legal document management
- Proficient in GA budget management and cost efficiency
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team, multitasking, and under pressure
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative systems
- High integrity, thoroughness, and loyalty
- have the ability to manage and implement the company's CSR program
Role & Responsibility :
- Manage all aspects of office facilities and buildings
- Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of the work environment
- Manage company operational vehicles and drivers
- Prepare and control the annual GA budget
- Manage company permits and other legal documents
- Maintain good relationships with external parties such as vendors, government agencies, and the surrounding community
- Develop SOPs and evaluate the effectiveness of GA implementation
- Coach and develop the GA team
