Job Description:
- Develop and execute SEM-focused digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and achieve lead generation targets.
- Manage and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and improve overall campaign performance.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to continuously refine SEM strategies.
- Create and manage integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels (SEM, display advertising, social media ads, email marketing, content marketing) to support lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure SEM efforts align with overall business objectives and sales pipeline.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, Conversion Rate), and proactively optimize campaigns.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to drive prospects through the funnel until they become sales-ready opportunities.
- Develop persuasive ad copies, landing pages, and other digital assets to improve user engagement and conversion.
- Utilize analytics and marketing automation tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, CRM systems) to track, measure, and report on lead generation performance.
- Stay up-to-date with latest SEM trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and present insights and recommendations directly to executive management.
Qualification:
- Must-have: Strong expertise in SEM, especially Google Search Ads (required).
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and SEM strategy execution.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing), and knowledge of other platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization (WordPress, Elementor, Divi Builder) and conversion funnel best practices.
- Experience with A/B testing for ads and landing pages to optimize creative and performance.
- Ability to analyze Quality Score factors and implement strategies to continuously improve it.
- Strong data-driven mindset, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and critical thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
