About the Role:
You will play a critical role in expanding the EIGER Adventure Store network by identifying, evaluating, and securing potential store locations across Indonesia. This position requires a balance between analytical thinking, legal understanding, and on-ground execution to ensure every new store opening meets both business potential and operational feasibility.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site surveys and prepare comprehensive feasibility studies for new store locations.
- Monitor and review the operational processes of store openings and development—from planning, site analysis, to store handover.
- Manage and monitor lease agreements, including renewal processes for existing stores, to ensure operational continuity.
- Assess and provide legal and contractual risk recommendations related to lease and property agreements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Store Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.) and external parties (landlords, contractors, consultants) to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and data related to store acquisition and expansion projects.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management, construction management, scheduling, site management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Understanding of legal aspects and lease agreements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to travel across Indonesia.
