Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of logistics partners across targeted regions.
- Conduct regional needs assessment by analyzing partner demand, geographical logistics potential, and market coverage gaps.
- Develop and execute comprehensive coverage plans to expand service areas and optimize partner distribution.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with partners, outlets, and key business stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and formulate business strategies to drive partner growth and revenue.
- Prepare proposals and pricing strategies for partnership offers and logistics tenders.
- Assist in standardizing operational procedures by distributing SOPs and aligning field implementation with company objectives.
- Monitor partner performance against targets (volume, revenue, SLA) and execute continuous improvement plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance teams to support partner success.
- Contribute to achieving the company's sales KPIs and regional expansion goals through hands-on market execution.
Qualification
- Minimum of a Diploma/Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Freight Forwarding.
- Proven ability in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying client needs using solution-based selling.
- Demonstrated success in opening new markets and developing strategic partnerships within the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; energetic and goal-oriented.
- Experienced in preparing and presenting business proposals and logistics tenders.
- Comfortable working under deadlines and performance-based targets.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written (preferred).
- Having a network in the logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
