Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Semarang. The Administrative Assistant will perform various day-to-day tasks including providing administrative support, managing phone communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. They will also be responsible for clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management, as well as supporting executives with their administrative needs.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
  • Strong Clerical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage
