About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team at PT DGL Expedisi Indonesia

This is a full-time position based in :

  • Jakarta, or
  • Semarang Central Java, or
  • Surabaya, East Java where you will be responsible for driving new business growth and building lasting relationships with clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated territory
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their logistics requirements
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to secure new business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Proactive, target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for exceeding sales goals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collective success
