About the Role
We're looking for a driven and passionate
Sales
to join our growing team. This role is focused on expanding sales channels, strengthening relationships, and ensuring revenue growth while maintaining OYO's operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow sales pipelines for both new and existing channels
- Ensure compliance with OYO's operational and business standards
- Identify and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase revenue
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Based in Bandung
- At least 2 years experience in Sales within the hospitality/hotel industry
- Strong exposure and network in corporate, government, and travel agent segments
- Highly target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
