Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of previous experience in quality control or quality assurance roles within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and quality standards relevant to construction projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer software for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Relevant certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willing to work in the Pasuruan site.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites, materials, and finished structures to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Document inspection findings, including deviations from specifications and non‑compliance issues, and communicate them effectively to project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor construction activities to identify potential quality problems and work proactively with project teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications to verify accuracy and identify potential quality concerns before construction begins.
  • Perform tests and measurements on construction materials, such as concrete, steel, and asphalt, to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with third‑party testing agencies to conduct specialized tests and inspections as required by project specifications.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality materials and equipment to the construction site.
  • Provide guidance and training to construction personnel on quality control procedures, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions taken.
  • Participate in project meetings, quality audits, and reviews to address quality‑related issues, discuss improvement opportunities, and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Additional Information:

Employement status is contract (3 months). Work location in Pasuruan, East Java. Able to join ASAP or less than 1 month.
