Summary of The Job

Claims Associate is responsible for handling all product claims for the Qoala Gadget Protections. They will be responsible for the end-to-end claim process, from the initial notification to the final approval by the insurance company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming claims for Qoala Gadget Protections
  • Handling claims from the initial notification until it is first recommendation (Approved or Rejected)
  • The said claim handling can be in the form of :

  • First assessment claim according to the chronology & evidence

  • Reconciliation invoice from Service Centre & Vendor
  • Submit payment request to treasury via (treasury payment tools)
  • Monitor the claim process from start to finish
  • Checking salvage & completeness before report to insurance
  • Daily checking follow up from business team
  • Assist to training dashboard new service centre

  • Always coordinate in all activities with Claims Manager Qoala and Claims Head Qoala

Requirements:

  • Have minimum 2 - 4 years experience in the same field
  • Have experience handling travel claims and logistics is a plus
  • Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (Jira)
  • Ability to identify priorities in work assignments and make multiple decisions per day.
  • Conducts themselves by example adapting positively to support change initiatives
  • Have Honest, cooperative & able to work hard in a team or individually
  • Prior experience as an insurance company broker is preferred.
