Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor regional operations, including route coverage, process compliance, and performance.
- Handle and resolve exception cases such as mis-sorting, package interception, missing or damaged shipments, and return/reject processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational errors and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with related departments (operations, IT, linehaul, customer service) to ensure issues are solved quickly and effectively.
- Track and maintain process documentation, data accuracy, and system updates.
- Prepare regular exception reports, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Support implementation of new projects or pilots related to routing, exception systems, and process enhancement.
- Provide guidance and training to regional teams on exception-handling standards and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, express, or supply-chain operations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes and regional operation management.
- Experienced in handling exception cases or process optimization.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and departments.
- Willing to travel to support regional operations when needed.
