Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor regional operations, including route coverage, process compliance, and performance.
  • Handle and resolve exception cases such as mis-sorting, package interception, missing or damaged shipments, and return/reject processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of operational errors and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with related departments (operations, IT, linehaul, customer service) to ensure issues are solved quickly and effectively.
  • Track and maintain process documentation, data accuracy, and system updates.
  • Prepare regular exception reports, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support implementation of new projects or pilots related to routing, exception systems, and process enhancement.
  • Provide guidance and training to regional teams on exception-handling standards and best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, express, or supply-chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes and regional operation management.
  • Experienced in handling exception cases or process optimization.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and departments.
  • Willing to travel to support regional operations when needed.
