Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a related position (preferably in the creative industry, FMCG industry, beauty brand, healthy products).
- Strong ability to analyze data to assess project success metrics and identify actionable steps for improvement
- Proven track record in planning, developing, and executing strategies across various projects, with demonstrated cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex work environment.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct research and analysis to gain deep insights into users, markets, and industry trends.
- Plan, execute, and manage projects effectively with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including, Ads, branding, marketing, R&D, finance, and others.
- Ensure team accountability and task execution in alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Actively seek feedback, suggestions, and ideas from other divisions to support internal team performance.
