Responsibilities:
- Assist superiors in grasping the human resources situation
- Manage labour contracts, handle employment and termination procedures as well as employee salary and attendance settlement;
- Prepare and analyze all kinds of personnel statistics reports, provide human resource services (recruitment, onboarding, transfers, terminations), file management, attendance management, organization management, etc.;
- Formulate recruitment rules and regulations;
- Help to establish positive employee relations, coordinate the relationship between employees and management, and organize various activities of employees;
- Assist superiors in implementing various rules and regulations of the company
- Assist superiors in completing the annual assessment of employees;
- Maintain communication with the supervisor in headquarters, complete reports of daily work and sudden occurrences
Requirements:
- About five years of HR-related experience
- Intermediate level of Mandarin(HSK4) and above, fluent in English
- Possess public relations skills and strong organisational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and expression skills, strong execution ability and resilience
