Responsibilities:

  • Assist superiors in grasping the human resources situation
  • Manage labour contracts, handle employment and termination procedures as well as employee salary and attendance settlement;
  • Prepare and analyze all kinds of personnel statistics reports, provide human resource services (recruitment, onboarding, transfers, terminations), file management, attendance management, organization management, etc.;
  • Formulate recruitment rules and regulations;
  • Help to establish positive employee relations, coordinate the relationship between employees and management, and organize various activities of employees;
  • Assist superiors in implementing various rules and regulations of the company
  • Assist superiors in completing the annual assessment of employees;
  • Maintain communication with the supervisor in headquarters, complete reports of daily work and sudden occurrences

Requirements:

  • About five years of HR-related experience
  • Intermediate level of Mandarin(HSK4) and above, fluent in English
  • Possess public relations skills and strong organisational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and expression skills, strong execution ability and resilience
