Job Description :
- Develop creative content strategies and digital campaigns aligned with Tarobun's brand identity (fun, youthful, Korean-inspired).
- Manage a monthly content calendar that reflects Gen Z trends, seasonal moments, and collaborations.
- Design strategies to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversion across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with freelance designers and creative partners to produce high-quality content, including photos, videos, memes, reels, and interactive posts.
- Establish guidelines for tone of voice, visual direction, and storytelling.
- Optimize content with engaging bilingual copywriting (Indonesian – English) tailored to the target audience.
- Manage interactions with followers through direct messages, comments, and community engagement.
- Build partnerships with KOLs, micro-influencers, and communities to broaden reach.
- Develop interactive campaigns such as challenges, giveaways, and collaborative initiatives.
- Conduct trend research across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts).
- Analyze insights and key performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, CTR, conversion).
- Prepare monthly performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Creative Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing (preferably within the F&B or lifestyle industry).
- Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to develop content concepts that resonate with Gen Z (meme culture, trends, pop culture references).
- Proficient in managing key platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X (Twitter).
- Knowledgeable in social media advertising and analytics (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics).
- Excellent bilingual copywriting skills (Indonesian – English) with a fun, catchy, and engaging tone of voice.
- Up to date with digital trends, influencer marketing, and pop culture developments.
