*Job Summary*

We are seeking a driven Service Manager to lead service sales growth and operational excellence in Indonesia. Reporting to the Service BLM, this role supports the Regional Service Sales Manager in driving sustainable, profitable growth through service product offerings and team development.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Strategy & Sales Growth: Implement service sales strategies across SEA region; promote service products (e.g., Tool Cover, Calibration, Contracts, Remote Services).
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a bridge between customers and operations; ensure service delivery meets customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Sales Efficiency: Improve quote strike rates, track activities, and use tools like Salesforce for forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Team Development: Lead competence development, training, and certification for sales and technical staff; build a talent pipeline.
  • Financial Control: Manage receivables, negotiate payment terms, and control sales and marketing costs.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize service networks (field, workshop, onsite); standardize workflows; manage service schedules and preventive maintenance.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product sales, projects, and key account managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Partner Development: Manage certified service partners and service product portfolio.
