Role Description

This is a full-time,
on-site internship
for a
Recruitment Intern
at PT. Solid Gold Jakarta, located in the
Jakarta Metropolitan Area
. The Recruitment Intern will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources team with daily talent acquisition and administrative tasks essential to maintaining a robust hiring pipeline. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the recruitment function within the fast-paced commodity futures trading industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job advertisements on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Support
sourcing candidates
through active searches on job boards, professional networks, and the company database.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized candidate data.

Participate in initial
candidate screening calls
to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit.

Help organize and attend career fairs or campus recruitment events, when applicable.

Support the HR team with general administrative duties, including preparing onboarding documents and managing recruitment-related correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Student/Fresh Graduate welcome to apply.
  • Wiling to work onsite.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
    , or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    for engaging with candidates and internal teams.
  • Strong
    organizational skills
    and attention to detail, particularly in managing candidate data and scheduling.
  • Proactive and keen interest
    in learning about the full recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with
    discretion and professionalism
    .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented
    , and possesses a strong work ethic.
