Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Information System, Information Technology, Psychology (with HR experience), or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HRIS (preferably Darwinbox).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Capable of conducting business needs analysis and translating them into technological solutions.
- Strong project management and documentation skills.
- Adaptive to changes in technology and business processes.
- Possession of HR certification (optional but highly advantageous).
Job Descriptions:
- Conduct HR system requirements analysis from clients or business units.
- Provide HRIS solution recommendations that align with organizational needs.
- Manage end-to-end HRIS implementation projects, including user training.
- Configure and perform system testing for HRIS.
- Provide technical and functional support after implementation.
- Coordinate with technology vendors and internal teams for system integration needs when required.
- Develop technical and functional documentation related to HRIS systems.
- Conduct ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement of the implemented systems.
