We're Hiring: Tech Lead – Engineering
South Jakarta (Kuningan)
IAF is looking for a Tech Lead to drive the architecture and execution of our lending ecosystem (BNPL, cash loans, and more). You'll lead cross-functional teams, shape core systems, and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
What You'll Do:
Lead engineering direction & architecture decisions
Guide system design, third-party integrations, & delivery
Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams
Foster a strong, growth-oriented engineering culture
What We're Looking For:
8+ years in software engineering, 5+ in tech leadership
Strong backend architecture (Java, Go, )
Cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud)
Familiar with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines
Strong in system design & cross-team collaboration
Experience with Loan Origination System (LOS) & Loan Management System (LMS)
Bachelor's in CS/Engineering (Master's & certifications are a plus)
