As an Application Support Engineer Trainee, you will assist in ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise applications. You will support incident management by monitoring, identifying, and troubleshooting application issues, escalating cases when needed, and ensuring timely resolution. You will also collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to test fixes, verify deployments, and support continuous improvement of application services.

Requirements
:

  • Fresh graduates in IT major (Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Engineering).
  • Eager to learn application architecture, backend/frontend logic, and logs.
  • Has knowledge of Linux/Unix and database.
  • Willing to work in shifts or on-call rotation if required in the future.
  • Willingness to participate in a 1-year on-the-job training program.
  • Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area).
