Key Responsibilities

Analyze and monitor performance of card products (credit, debit, prepaid), including

usage, acquisition, activation, and profitability metrics.

Support card portfolio strategy through data-driven insights and recommendations to

improve business performance.

Collaborate with banks, issuers, and internal stakeholders on product initiatives,

enhancements, and migration projects.

Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to identify growth opportunities

in the card business.

Prepare management reports, presentations, and dashboards highlighting product trends

and performance.

Support implementation of new product launches or feature enhancements from planning

to post-launch review.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, risk, operations, and finance teams to ensure

smooth execution of portfolio initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in card product management, portfolio management, or

business analysis within the banking or financial services industry.

Good understanding of the card ecosystem (issuing, acquiring, e-money, and payment

networks).

Proven experience managing or supporting premium or HNW card portfolios is a

strong advantage.

Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Visa or Mastercard programs, migration projects, or product

transitions.

Experience in credit card lifecycle management, feature development, or rewards

strategy.

Ability to synthesize insights from data and translate them into actionable business

recommendations.
