Qualifications:
- Minimum education:
Vocational High School (SMK)
majoring in
Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) - Minimum
1 year of experience
in a related field - Good understanding of
OSI Layer
and
Packet Switching - Knowledge of
Router & Switch
(preferably
Mikrotik
and
Cisco
) - Knowledge of
Access Point
(preferably
Ruijie, Aruba, Cisco
) - Willing to work on a
shift schedule
or
standby on call 24x7 - Willing to be
placed at client site in Central Jakarta
Job Description:
- Monitor and maintain network systems, including troubleshooting and escalation
- Configure and install networking devices (Router, Switch, Access Point)
- Handle connectivity issues and ensure network performance and uptime
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues
