Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify critical capability gaps and design strategic learning interventions to address them.
  • Partner with leaders and HRBPs to design career development and leadership programs.
  • Lead initiatives related to talent acceleration, succession planning, and leadership pipeline readiness.
  • Design frameworks for learning needs analysis, competency mapping, and development roadmaps.
  • Evaluate learning impact and recommend continuous improvements based on insights and data.
  • Build a culture of learning through digital learning solutions, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or People Capability.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing L&D strategies or leadership programs.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link learning outcomes to business impact.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Passionate about people growth, learning innovation, and strategic talent development.
