Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify critical capability gaps and design strategic learning interventions to address them.
- Partner with leaders and HRBPs to design career development and leadership programs.
- Lead initiatives related to talent acceleration, succession planning, and leadership pipeline readiness.
- Design frameworks for learning needs analysis, competency mapping, and development roadmaps.
- Evaluate learning impact and recommend continuous improvements based on insights and data.
- Build a culture of learning through digital learning solutions, coaching, and mentoring initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or People Capability.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing L&D strategies or leadership programs.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link learning outcomes to business impact.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Passionate about people growth, learning innovation, and strategic talent development.
