Job Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant studies
- Have minimum 15 years working experience in similar position
- Proven experience worked as a project in manufacturing or construction
- Understand about piping design based on dia inch, installation schedule and bill of quantity
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication with english language (its's a plus)
- Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java
Job Description :
- Led the coordination and supervision of piping pre-commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
- Managed and carried out purge and leak tests on lines, achieving required safety and quality benchmarks.
- Developed and implemented comprehensive method statements and procedures for pre commissioning and commissioning piping systems, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Observed sub-contractor performance in piping pre-commissioning tasks, ensuring compliance with quality plans, inspection, and test procedures
- Ensure all designs and installations comply with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, API).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the design, construction, or commissioning phases.
